A Tweet Glamper in the Making

My Sweet lil' Bluebird Glamper

She's a vintage 1968 Kit Companion...and I found her in almost perfect condition, by door knocking...yes, door knocking!, I was determined, so with my 4 youngest in tow...well, in the family mini van, We went a searching...back allies, back roads and many many back yards, the kids and I put on the eagle eyes!.... 

Before the Makeover(Sept 2011).......and we found her, I instantly loved her, and to top it off she was so clean inside...that was important to my lil' ones...and me too, plus I was thankful not to hear any ewww's! 

Mmmmm...what next!?

Awww! The fun part!!!...What will she look like!??...I had so many fun ideas rolling around in my head, but I was set to do it right the first time, and make her fun for the whole family...well my wonderful Hubby n' the wee ones any way!...then it hit me (days later) I'll use my favorite blog inspiration n' a happy memory from when I was just a wee one....we'll, the inspiration you ask?...that came from Creative Breathing Elizabeth Andrus' blog and the sweet lil' birdies from my favorite Walt Disney movies, those two things easily take me back to happy, happy memories of my visits with Grandma, Annie Rose.

up her special space!?....Next to shop and find the tweet little bluebirds. Goodwill,antique stores, and of course Etsy, here I come! :))
